What if your brain helped you lose extra weight?

Well, it can, if you use it wisely.

Unguided, our brains churn out all sorts of thoughts. Have you ever daydreamed and started thinking about something completely unhelpful? And you’re like, “Where did THAT come from?”

It’s like we turned Google to auto-find (if there was a setting like that) and just sat there looking at whatever Google presented us.

Once you take control of your search - Google gives you answers that you wanted. Same with your brain.

Once you direct it, your brain will serve you.

The first step in taking control of your brain is to start being aware of your thoughts, without judgement. (Because judgement is just another thought! haha)

A pro tip is to remember that you are not your thoughts. You are a human that has thoughts.

Let that sink in and practice awareness until step 2.
