Coaching Helps In Every Aspect of My Life

The coaching tools that I use for losing extra weight can be used in every aspect of my life.

I use coaching tools to manage:

  1. my anxiety

  2. my (limited) beliefs about myself

  3. my struggles with all relationships

  4. my negative thoughts about work, exercise, the state of the world, and,

  5. my (limited) beliefs about money

I could go on and on, but you get the point.

Managing my mind takes attention from me. Creating time to look at what my brain is churning out, and retraining it to have beliefs that serve me instead of hold me back.

The foundation of my coaching is a formula that shows me that my circumstances do not cause me misery. In my next post, we’ll talk more about The Model.
