Our bodies are about 60% water and its necessary for every function in your body to run smoothly.

My first, small, step was to add a tall glass of lemon water to my morning ritutal and I think the thought that I am nourishing my body and starting my day off strong while I drink it. No matter what comes of the day, I’ve started with taking care of myself.
